With bi-weekly meetings across 8 weeks, you’ll shapen habits without overhauling your routine.
Tier 2 - $599
Perfect for those who have seen some success in the past but need help getting back on track - or athletes struggling with consistency. This tier emphasizes structure, habit development, and rebuilding momentum through weekly meetings across 8 weeks.
Tier 3 - $999
This is your starting point if you’re ready for real change but aren’t sure where to begin. With more frequent accountability and support, this tier is built for those who want a complete reset. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength building, or improving overall health, this will help you create a strong foundation with guidance through every step. Includes weekly meetings for 12 weeks plus extra check-ins
