Charlie Graffius, CSCS, ACSM-CPT

Charlie graduated from Colby-Sawyer College in 2022 where he received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. While there, Charlie played on the tennis team and was a member of a research group that examined the physiological effects of various training methods. He has trained with physical therapists, strength coaches, and experts in the field of fascia. 

Charlie is interested in improving movement quality for everyone, and is especially interested in working with clients dealing with neurological conditions. His expertise includes improving movement mechanics, balance, and decreasing muscular tone. Charlie’s passion for working with this population stems from being born with Cerebral Palsy himself and overcoming related challenges. His unique perspective gives him insight and empathy towards clients with neurological conditions. 

Outside of the gym, Charlie spends time with friends and family, reading, playing racquet sports, and swimming.
