My daughters and daughter-in-law have set goals for themselves.  Their goals involve helping others, and they have achieved every one of them so far!

How do you evaluate success?

Success is setting and achieving personal goals.  For me it is making a difference in other people’s lives, forming and maintaining close personal relationships, and having a close family.

Coastal Performance has added value to my life in so many ways.  For the first time I have stuck with an exercise program for more than five years. I feel stronger, healthier and happier. The staff is exceptional…well trained, attuned to their clients’ individual needs, and they make it fun. The strength and conditioning programs are catered to the age and ability of the group and they change the exercises, so that we constantly feel challenged and never feel bored.  Most importantly, I have made new friends with whom we share our life stories, encourage one another and make each other laugh!
