Kelsey Bisson, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, CFSC L1

Kelsey graduated in 2010 from the University of New England with a BS in Applied Exercise Science, and began as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Coastal Performance Training Center in 2013.
Beginning her coaching career right out of college, Kelsey has worked and trained with physical therapists, sports medicine physicians, athletic trainers, and exercise physiologists in performance settings throughout New England.
Since 2015, she has worked with the USA Women’s Hockey Association, acting as a Strength Coach for their U15-U18 development camps and specifically, their U18 National Team.
She specializes in performance training post- rehabilitation, the female athlete (of all ages) and more recently, post-partum women. Kelsey lives in Durham with her husband Brian, daughters Lillian & Abby, and dog Bailey.
