Getting into the gym was tough, mindset is that is it for people stronger than me, in better shape etc. that was wrong

Who has inspired you in your life and why?
My parents always showed us that hard work pays off, being kind to each other and others will be kind back.
How do you evaluate success?
Personally success if getting home each day, having my family to talk to and if I can give 1 student a “light bulb” or “AHA” moment than that is success

When I realized I really could deadlift the weight Beth wrote on the board!!!!!
How has joining Coastal changed your life?
I have more confidence in the way I look and how I come across to others.
