We met Jim Ditzel after he underwent surgery and rehab for his shoulder in 2016.
Beginning with private sessions lead by Craig and then migrating to our Small Group Training sessions, we have all had the pleasure of working with, learning from and laughing with him.
Here is a little more about Jim and his journey at Coastal …

How has joining Coastal changed your life?
I had lost most of my core and upper body strength through injuries over time.
I rarely did any exercises for leg strength.
I did not readily connect physical health or strength with attitude.
Since joining Coastal I am back to having good, clean healthy, active fun… and injury free too!
Be respectful… peaceful… fun filled
When I began with Craig 1 year and 4 months ago I had just completed rehab for minor shoulder surgery. I decided to move into personal training at Coastal Performance. “How bad could it be”. It was bad! I could not do one rear elevated leg split (no weight) without holding on to a pole. I could not do a one-legged split squat without holding on to a pole. I couldn’t do one chin-up. I was in miserable shape. One year later I can do all these exercises and more. At the last testing in early May I deadlifted 365 lbs. and bench pressed 225 lbs. I can run again… not super-fast but faster than I could. In short, I am healthy, happy and thoroughly enjoy time spent with my Coastal performance family.
