The Harper twins have been training at Coastal since April of 2015. Since then, we have watched them grow into two amazing (and extremely humble) young girls, in and out of the pool. Both Olivia and Haily have excelled in the sport of swimming, qualifying and placing at the National level. We couldn’t be more proud of their accomplishments in the gym, in sport, and in school.Check out our recent spotlight on the both of them.

Testimonial:

I started at Coastal Orthopedics in 2012 for PT on my knee that I had injured while cheering. A few years later, after my knee had healed I decided to join the strength classes to improve my fitness for swimming. At the beginning of 2015 I was very skinny girl who barely weighed 100 pounds. But thankfully after years after years of support and weight training, my muscle mass has overall increased and I have become a stronger and healthier person. I have also made many friends and Coastal has become my second home and family.

Testimonial:
When I first started at Coastal, I wanted to improve my strength and fitness for swimming. I had to learn all of the exercises, weights and ways of strength training. Over time, I slowly increased weight and my ability to do the exercises. Now I can deadlift 175lbs, bench press 115 lbs, and many other things I never thought I could do. I have also qualified for Nationals in swimming and greatly improved my times. I look forward to every class I have at Coastal because it has become a place to have fun and accomplish goals.
