SENIOR BALANCE PROGRAM

Silver Strength and Balance could be exactly what you need! What is the Program? This program is geared primarily towards fall prevention through developing strength, balance and mobility. It’s designed to help you feel comfortable moving through life and confident in your own balance and awareness.

Through exercise, this program will also help you develop a variety of cognitive skills/abilities that will be a great help your general function through life! We incorporate:

· Balance training

· Auditory processing

· Visual processing

· Strength training

· Hand-eye coordination

 

When Does the Program Start?

Whenever you’re ready, just reach out! The program currently runs on a continuous basis and takes place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am – 11:00am
