What is the Program?
The senior balance program is geared primarily towards fall prevention and cognitive function. It's designed to help you feel comfortable moving through life and confident in your own balance and awareness. You will also work to improve your memory, reaction time, and strength.
When Does the Program Start?
The first date of the Senior Balance Program will be Tuesday, October 23rd.
The program will be a 2 day per week program that is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00pm-2:00pm. There will be 6 people per class.
